About our founder

Part-way through his 28 year corporate career working for PwC, Virgin and Zendesk, Ryan Soper-Powell our founder, created this business.

He had a vision of helping tens of thousands of small business owners to stand out in their field and get remembered for the right reasons.

In early 2025, he came onboard full-time creating frameworks like The LISTEN Loop™ and The Four Key Conversations™ to help clients set the right foundations in place, so they can accelerate growth attracting, growing and retaining more of their ideal clients.
